Ryan is an amazing instructor with natural teaching abilities. Immediately from her first class, I can tell she’s had years of experience in dancing and professionalism. She has an amazing personality, bubbly, attentive and very engaging and energetic. Ryan is incredible and she is doing such important work. Ive been going to her Tuesday Twerk HIIT class and it has been amazing. Her energy is contagious, the music is energetic and the vibes are immaculate. Inclusive space for all!

As someone who has danced their whole life but struggled with body confidence and self love I really got stuck sometimes in a hateful mindset when it came to working out. This class provides the safe space to let it all out on the dance floor with NO JUDGEMENT! Bringing the fun of dance to every workout while still feeling like I was on some machine for 45 minutes. Even if you weren’t a dancer or think you are uncoordinated you will get with the vibes of this dance class community, feel the love of the people around you and the love of yourself grow throughout each song. I couldn’t recommend this class enough!!!
